Dear visitor,
Summer is coming to an end and we are approaching the Transport & Logistics fair in Ghent on September 17 & 18. And... we are proud to announce that our new website and accompanying webshop are now online!
A special thanks goes out to Jori, Toon, and the entire Enablers team for their expert guidance, design, and the professionalism they bring to us every time.
We are excited to add new top-quality products to our assortment. In particular, we want to highlight KINGMORE Racking. In the first phase, we are focusing on storage systems, with a focus on pallet racking. The range of KINGMORE Racking products is infinitely varied and perfect for heavy pallets, with an impressive load capacity of 20,000 kg per ladder pair (height 6000 mm) and 6,600 kg per beam pair (2700 mm). A unique achievement!
It is no surprise that Transport & Logistics has selected KINGMORE Racking as a flagship in their gallery of innovative products. This is a great honor and the result of years of hard work by the entire KINGMORE Racking team.
Although some products are not yet active in our webshop, they are already orderable and deliverable. We understand that warehouse layout is often customized, and we excel in this thanks to the extensive experience of KINGMORE Racking. Feel free to send us your plans, and we will be happy to provide you with a complete proposal, without obligation!
Stay tuned for more updates and be sure to visit us at the Transport & Logistics fair in Ghent on September 17 & 18! A delegation from WONTONNE Attachments will also be present at our stand to personally explain and demonstrate the latest generation of multiple fork spreaders.
Best regards,
Stefan Staes
Back from vacation... Deeply discharged battery?
Dear visitor,
One of the most frequently asked questions arises at this time of year, at the end of summer after the holiday period. Devices with discharged batteries are often put aside. The advice is always to unplug the battery to prevent minimal power loss.
We find that batteries often become too deeply discharged. A charger for traction batteries needs a minimum battery voltage to start. With too deeply discharged batteries, the charger does not recognize the battery, preventing the charger from starting. An important aspect of charging is the water level in each cell. Due to higher temperatures in summer, the water level is often low. A lack of water can also cause charging problems.
Batteries with too low a voltage often trigger error codes on the display. For BT devices, the code C41 is a common fault indicating low battery voltage. In many cases, deeply discharged batteries cause a flood of error codes.
Our first advice: Refill the water. Note: use demineralized water. Tap water contains too many iron particles. A neighbor here on the industrial estate, rather frugal, once used rainwater. Unfortunately, we must also strongly advise against rainwater.
Best regards,
